2. Account Registration

To access premium features (like subscribing to book genres), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

LitPad offers monthly and annual subscriptions for accessing curated collections of books across various genres. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees through our authorized payment providers
• Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing cycle
• Understand that fees are non-refundable once a subscription cycle starts

4. Intellectual Property

All content on LitPad, including books, text, design, and branding, is the property of LitPad or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LitPad for illegal purposes
• Copy, redistribute, or share content beyond the app
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Content Access

Books and materials are available for reading within the app only. Offline access or downloading is not currently supported unless explicitly stated.

7. Termination

LitPad may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You can cancel your account anytime through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of LitPad after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
